Dear Foyer Members,
As we approach the end of the year, I’d like to take a moment to celebrate the progress we’ve made this year and share my thanks.
This has been an incredible year for Foyer as we work towards our mission - to help save the American dream of homeownership. Now, more than ever, we believe it’s necessary to support first-time homebuyers preparing for life’s biggest purchase. We’ve been committed to doing so by helping our members save as much money as possible throughout the homeownership journey and by providing the knowledge and education needed so our members have agency in their own home purchases. Here are just a few highlights from the last year:
- Foyer Membership grew 15x year over year to over 13,000 accountholders!
- Collectively, our members are saving towards nearly $6B in future home value
- Incredibly, over 96% of Foyer users are planning for their first home purchases
- This year, we helped over 50 Foyer members purchase homes across the country, most of whom joined earlier in the year
- We launched many new exciting features like the Home Affordability Calculator, exclusive savings on real estate agents and mortgages, and the down payment assistance search tool
And we’re just getting started! There are millions of Americans today that are actively planning for homeownership and we know there’s so much more we can do to help them save and plan more effectively. We’re working hard to improve our app for 2025 so that you can better understand the next steps in homebuying, earn more in rewards, and understand how much you can afford.
Most importantly, I want to celebrate all the progress I’ve seen our members make this year. I’m inspired by the work and little sacrifices our members make every day in order to grow their savings and get closer to the big purchase. Keep pushing! 2025 is going to be a good year for all of us. Thank you for trusting us to help you with this important goal.
With gratitude,
Landy Liu
